Mission Statement:
Our goal is to become a well known and top tier distinguished eSports team. While at the same time showing that good gamesmanship and dedication go a long way. Our main focus is FPS (First person shooter) atm but we are always ready and willing to branch out to new horizons if the opportunity presents itself.

History:
In January of 2005, 5 friends that shared a common interest in Quake 3 (Q3) decided to form a Team. These well known Q3 insta players were; Solo, Snakes, Cobra, DeadMan and IWASI. The team name was decided to be "Fate" tagged up as *F8*. Fairly early in the teams infancy it struggled to stay afloat amongths the many, many clans already up at that time. This wasnt do to lack of skill by no means, the team just lacked a womans touch in organization. Solo decided it was time that the Team needed some help in management, so he brought in his wife known as

Waterfall to help manage.

From there on out, the 5 founders could focus on the game and recruiting other talented players from around the world.

Waterfall took away the stress of needing to manage a forum and get new recruits situated within the team.

We will skip to the "end" of Quake 3 insta mod (IU). Q3 IU was nearing towards the end of its popularity early 2007 so in efforts to keep the team going, Fate management had a meeting regarding the direction the team needed to go. We decided it was time to look into newer games that were coming out, Enemy Terrirory: Quake Wars had "Quake" in the name so naturally that caught our eye. The north American division of Fate was the first to form a Team closely fallowed by the European division. We quickly made a name for ourselves as a well rounded skill squad. Since we have competed at both LAN and Online Championships.

We have never stepped into a game oblivious on what to expect and we work hard to maintain a strong moral of good gamesmanship and skill throughout our rosters.
